General Troubleshooting

  • If Likk is crashing, freezing, and or having issues you may be able to resolve the issue by force quitting Likk

  • If profiles are not loading on Likk app try enabling ‘Allow Location services’ to see profiles

  • If Can’t Login to Likk app, please check the Appstore or play store to see if there is an update (new release) available. If so, update the app, close it and login.
    Also, double check you entered the correct password (the one you signed up with).

  • If messages aren’t sending on Likk app try closing and opening the app to see if message delivers. If not, try connecting to WIFI and see if the message sends. If that doesn’t work try updating the app or contact us to let us know.

  • If you’re having issues logging into your Likk account: check to see if you’re using the latest version of the app.

  • Test your cellular network.and or wifi connections.

  • Remember that your login is case- sensitive—Try entering your email address with lowercase letters

  • Try restarting your device or force stopping the app.

  • Also try waiting 30 minutes and try again
